| President and owner of Nelson Wiest Excavating, Inc. since 1972. Oversees all aspects of the companys excavating business, including; site preparation, bulk commodities transportation, heavy equipment transportation and operation, equipment maintenance and repair, and commercial and residential snow and ice management and removal services. Negotiate and review agreements for snow removal and ice free maintenance, and work under joint venture snow removal operations with other companies. Involved in reviewing agreements for snow removal and ice free maintenance, and operating the business according to those varied agreements. Lawsuits that I have served as the Snow & Ice Management Expert have been detailed in the New Jersey Law Journal. |

| PRIOR EXPERIENCE | ||||||
| Involved in family trucking business prior to 1960 including vehicle and equipment maintenance, rebuilding and operating. Experienced in vehicle repairs from minor tune up to major drive train overhauls involving passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles through class eight trucks and off highway equipment, as well as welding and fabricating, in shop and on site. Also experienced with the repair and maintenance of high performance race car building and driving, and off shore race boats. Since 1960, involved with every phase of the commercial snow removal and ice management business including follow up prevention of subsequent icing hazards. |
